Several months ago Golsarry was denied a building permit on this same property The permit was denied on the basis that this property had no direct access to an improved public right-of-way Golsarry intended at the time to access the property through the commercial condominium property Since Frasure has now presented the City with a preliminary plat~ Golsarry desires to receive special permission to erect a building following the improvement with the preliminary plat. I informed Golsarry when I received his request that the same technical problem would still exist with the property Which is that the property does not adjoin an improved public right-of-way You may want to consider denying the permit be issued until the road improvements have been made. Thank you... chd4~l~, ID 832{}2 Pl~one (2l }8)23.2- ~ 2/39 May 30, 1996 To the City of Chubbuck: This is a letter of intent from Tony Golsarry to build a 60'x80' metal building behind 4990 Vaienty. This building is constructed for the purpose of housing cars, boats, and miscellaneous items of the building owner (Tony). At this time, there are no roads or any services. Frazier Construction is developing this property as per the plat. I do not need access from the proposed road, as I will access the property from Valenty, via the 40' driveway of the complex in which I am a property owner. I propose to have a green belt of approximately 20'x120' as is depicted in the attached drawing. The set back will be 20' on the front and 20' at the side. I have talke-~ with Rex and shown him the foundation plans. Rex saw no problems with this project. This building is a Cieary building The City of Chubbuck is currently erecting a Cleary building of it's own. I would like to secure a building permit at the same time that the preliminary plat is approved. Thank you for all the help you have provided and your consideration with this project. Thank You, Tony Golsarry 80'
