COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES
March 13, 1997
Minutes of a Special Meeting held a city municipal building, March
13, 1997.
Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Councilmembers Leroy S. Quick,
Steven M. England, W. Dean Wood, Marvin C. Gunter, Public
Works Director Steven M. Smart and City Clerk Ron C. Conlin.
Councilman Marvin C. Gunter and Attorney Thomas J. Holmes were
Meeting called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Mayor John O. Cotant.
The object of the Special Meeting shall be to review and discuss
five year projection needs for all departments.
FIVE
YEAR PROJECTION NEEDS AND GOALS - Mayor Cotant asked
Department Heads to present Council with Five Year Projection
of Needs and Goals.
Council was presented Police Department, Fire Department,
Building Department~ Sewer and Water Departments Five Y~ar
Projection Needs and Goals.
Mayor Cotant and Council will review the projections,
projections will be discussed at 1997-98 Budget Study
Sessions.
At. 6:20 p.m., Councilman Wood moved, Councilman Quick seconded,
with full council approvel to adjourn meeting.

Pursuant to Idaho Code~Section 50-604, the undersigned Mayor
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, hereby calls a special meeting of
the Czt: Council to he held at the Chubbuck Municipal Building, at
the hour of 5:00 p.m., on Thursday, the 13th., day of March, 1997.
