AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, REPEALING SECTION
17.12.340 AND ADOPTING A NEW SECTION 17.12.340 TO REFLECT A NEW
INSTRUMENT NUMBER WHICH CORRECTED AN ERROR IN THE
UNDERLYING SURVEY, REPEALING PRIOR CONFLICTING ORDINANCES;
PROVIDING FOR THE SEVERABILITY OF THE PROVISIONS OF THIS
ORDINANCE; PROVIDING THAT ALL OTHER SECTIONS AND PROVISIONS OF
CHAPTER 17.12 NOT HEREIN AMENDED SHALL REMAIN IN FULL FORCE
AND EFFECT; AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME
EFFECTIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK, IDAHO:
Section 1. Amended section. Section 17.12.340 is repealed and the following is
adopted:
17:12.340 CoordSystem Datum: City of Chubbuck datum is a grid system relative
to the Idaho State Plane Coordinate System - East Zone. A combination scale factor of
1.0002579939 is based on average ground elevation of four thousand five hundred feet (4,500')
and position of C 1/4 corner of Sec 3 T6S R34E of Latitude 42° 55'40.02279"N and Longitude
1120 27'59.13559-W and ELL height 4,458.102 sft Refer to City of Chubbuck Coordinate
System Datum Record of Survey, Bannock County Instrument # 20621449 for additional
technical information.
ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS
Section 1. Repeal of CpnfletingOrdinances. The provisions of any Ordinance of the
City of Chubbuck, Idaho, and any provision of the Chubbuck Municipal Code which are in
conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
All other sections and provisions of Chapter 17.12 not herein amended shall remain in full force
and effect.
Section 2. Sever 'lite. If any provision of this ordinance is held invalid, for any reason,
by any court of competent jurisdiction, such holding shall not affect the validity or enforceability
of any of the remaining provisions.
Section 3. Effective Date. The rule requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate
days, one of which shall be a reading in full, is hereby dispensed with, and this Ordinance shall

become effective upon its passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
