Here is an update on the City of Chubbuck Taxing District audits. Ordinance 560: The legal description describes the area to the north of the area indicated on the comparison map that you provided. Perhaps there is another ordinance that describes the area indicated that you could provide? Ordinance 47: We made a slight adjustment to our TCA boundary here to follow the Eastern R -O -W of Hiline Road, but this looks correct on our maps. Ordinance 21: This has been corrected in conjunction with the dissolution of the North Yellowstone Urban Renewal RAA for 2020. Ordinance 99: The legal description calls to the Western boundary of the Stuart Lateral, but we have no reference for the location of that lateral. The county parcel map does not indicate anything different from what we have on our maps, though the city map you provided does indicate a different shape. In looking for nearby ordinances, we found that the City of Pocatello Ordinance 2741 (the creation of the North Yellowstone Urban Renewal RAA) and City of Chubbuck Resolution 1-93 (adjusting the boundary of the Chubbuck Urban Renewal RAA) both make references to the Stuart Lateral along with two subdivisions: the Hurley Tracts Subdivision and Berryman Tracts Subdivision. We do not have any subdivision plats to reference those. Ordinance 2741 does make a reference to the City of Pocatello Ordinance 1659, indicating that the Stuart Lateral is the same as the Pocatello City Limits line. Perhaps you could provide the ordinances that establish this boundary to the Bannock County Assessor's Office Mapping Department if you believe parcel lines need to be changed. If they approve a change, then we can update our TCA map accordingly. Ordinance 752: We will make a correction to our TCA map for this one (Chubbuck Audit Part 2 for 2020). Ordinance 162: The legal description calls to the Western R -O -W of Hawthorn Road, and the county parcel map does not indicate anything different from what we have on our maps, and it looks as though the city map you provided indicates the same shape as well. Perhaps you could work with the Bannock County Assessor's Office Mapping Department if you believe a correction needs to be made. If they approve a change, then we can update our TCA map accordingly. Ordinance 726: It looks as though the ISTC did not receive this Annexation. Since you have provided it to us, we can go ahead and process it for 2020.
