ORDINANCE NO. 103
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, EXCLUDING FROM
THE BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, CERTAIN LAND~
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE Mayor and City Coun6il of the
City of Chubbuck, Idaho, that the following described lands
be, and the same are hereby excluded from the boundaries of
the City of Chubbuck and are no longer a part of the juris-
dictional limits or within the boundaries of the City of
Chubbuck. Said lands are more particularly described as
follows, to-wit:
Ail lands in the Northwest ]/4 of Section 2, Town-
ship 6 South, Range 34 E.B.M., and the following
land in the Southwest ]/~ of Section 2, Township 6
South, Range 34 E.B.M.:
Beginning at a point on the North boundary of the
Southwest ]/4 of said Section 2, midway between the
East boundary and the West boundary of said section;
Thence running South along said line to a point 340
feet North of the South boundary of the Southwest ]/4
of the said section; thence running West to the
Easterly boundary of the right of way of the Fort Hall
Main Canal; thence running North along the East boun-
dary of the Fort Hall Main Canal to the North boundary
line of the Southwest 1/4 of said section; thence
running East along said North boundary line to the
point of beginning.
