AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, BANNOCK,,COUNTY, IDAHO APPROPRIATING
THE SEVERAL SUMS OF MONEY DEEMED NECESSARY AND SUFFICIENT TO DEFRAY ALL
EXPENSES AND LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK FOR THE FISCAE YEAR BEGINNING
ON THE 1st DAY OF JANUARY, 1.972, AND E~DING ON THE 31st DAY OF DECEMBER, 1972
AND DESIGNATING THE DIFFERENT FUNDS TO WHICH THE REVENUES RECEIVED DURING SAID
FISCAL YEAR SHAT.Tf BE CREDITED AND FROM WHICH EXPENSES SHALL BE DRAWN AND PAID,
AND KNOWN AS THE "ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE OF 1972': ; PROVIDING FOR THIS
ORDINANCE TO TAKE EFFECT AFTER ITS PASSAGE, APPROVAL AMD PUBLICATION ACCORDING
TO LAW.
NOW, TH~P~ORE, EE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That the following funds are hereby designated as the proper
funds into which all revenues accruing to the City of Chubbuck from all sources
shall be paid during the fiscal year beginning on the 1st day of January, 1972
and ending on the 31st day of December, 1972:
GENERAL FUND WATFRWORKS FUND
G~AL BOND& INTEREST FUND REVENUE BOND & INTEREST FUND
Section 2: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated from
the General Fund for the payment of all general expenses of the City of Chubbuck
during aforesaid fiscal year: General Government
Law Enforcement & Protection
Fire Control & Prevention
Transportation-Highway, Streets & Roads
Physical Environment-Parks
Other Governmental Purposes
Total General Fund

Section 3: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated from
the Waterworks Fund for the payment of all waterworks expenses of the City of
Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal year:
Operation and MAintenance of City Waterworks System
including salaries, wages, repairs, improvements and
for all other miscellaneous and contingent purposes--$ 117,602.5d
Total of all funds
$ 317,659.46
Section &: For the purpose of the payment of the interest accruing and
payment of the principal falling due on the Waterworks System Revenue Bonds
of 1951, $'~ring the aforesaid fiscal year, there is hereby appropriated out
of the income from the water rentals, the following sums for the following
purposes:
Payment of Interest on said Bonds $ 200°00
Payment of Principal of said Bonds 5,000.00
Payment on the Prinicpal and Interest of the
Whitaker Road Extension Contract of 1959 - 255.00
Section 5: For the purpose of meeting all other liabilities of the City
of Chubbuck for the aforesaid fiscal year, all money accruing to the General
Bond & Interest Fund, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby
appropriated from said funds to be used for the following purposes:
Payment of Interest on the General Obligation
Waterworks Bonds of 1957 $ 225.00
Payment on the Principal of the General Obligation
Waterworks Bonds of 1957 ~-' 2,500.00
Section 6: That all Ordinances, Resolutions, or parts thereof, in
conflict herewith, are expressly repealed, and this Ordinance shall take
effect and be in f,,11 force and effect upon its passage, approval and
publication as provided by law.
The Council of the City of Chubbuck, as provided by law, by one-half (~)
plus one (1) of the members of the fu].l comacil, dispense with the rule that
said ordinance be fully and distinc%ly read upon three (3) different dsvs.
