AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUC~, IDAHO, CHANGING
THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN LAN[kq IN THE CITY
OF CHUBBUC~, 'IDAHO, FROM R2T TO R3L AND DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO.'
Section 1. That the zoning classification of the
real property hereinafter described being the same as hereby
changed from R2T to R3L. Said lines are more particularly
described as follows, to-wit:
All lands lying 400 feet on either side of the right-
of-way of Briscoe Road in the City of Chubbuck, Idaho,
beginning at the intersection thereof with U.S. Highway
91 and continu,tng West to the end of Briscoe Road
as the same is now dedicated.
Section 2. The City Engineer is hereby authorized
and directed to change the city zoning map in accordance with
this ordinance.
Section 3. That an emergency is hereby declared to
exist and that this ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon its passage and approval and publication as provided by law.
PASSED by the council of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho,
this 8%h day of August, 1972.
