AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, BANNOCK COUNTY, IDAHO
APPROPRIATING A SUM OF MONEY DEEMED NECESSARY AND SUFFICIENT TO DEFRAY
ALL EXPENSES AND L~ABILITIES OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, FOR THE INTERIM OF
JANUARY 1, 1973 AND ENDING MARCH 51, 1973 AND BE KNOWN AS AN "INTERIM
APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK,
BANNOCK COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1o THAT THE SUM OF $65,500.00 is hereby designated as
sufficient funds for the payment of expenses and salaries until the
"ANNU~[L APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE" is passed.
Section 2. That all ordinances or resolutions or parts therof in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect from and after its
i passage, approval and publication, an emergency existing therefor, which
emergency is hereby found and declared to exist.
