AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, REPEALING
ORDINANCE NO. 71, AND PROVIDING FOR THE COMPENSATION OF
THE MAYOR AND COUNCILMEN OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, AND
ESTABLISHING THE EFFECTIVE DATE FOR THE PAYMENT OF SUCH
COMPENSATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF CHUBBUCK,
IDAHO:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 71, dated August 31, 1967, is
hereby repealed, such repeal to be effective as of the
1st day of January, 1974.
Section 2. The salary of the Mayor of the City of Chubbuck
shall be $200.00 per month.
Section 3. The salary of each Councilman of the City of
Chubbuck shall be $100.00 per month.
Section 4. Such salaries shall become effective and payable
as of January 1, 1974, following the general City election
to be held November 6, 1973. Such salaries shall continue
for each and every month after January 1, 1974, until
changed by Ordinance or amendment thereof.
Section 5. This Ordinance shall be in effect upon its
passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
