AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CIIUBBUCK, IDAHO,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 98 OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK,
IDAHO, TO SPECIFY THE MINIMUM FRONTAGE PERMITTED
FOR LOTS LOCATED WITHIN R-1 (SINGLE-FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL), R-2T (MOBILE HOME) AND R-3 (MULTIPLE-
FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) ZONES; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
98 OF TIlE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, INSOFAR AS IT
PERTAINS TO "RAISING LIVESTOCK," BY INCORPORATING
THROUGH REFERENCE ORDINANCE NO. 112 OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK, IDAHO; AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE
SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK, IDAHO:

SECTION 1: That Chapter 1, Section 3(E), of Ordinance
No. 98 of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, passed and approved on the
28th day of September, 1971, is hereby amended as follows:
E. Area Requirements:
1. The minimum lot area for each residential
structure shall be nine thousand (9,000) square feet and a lot
width at the established building line of not less than seventy-
five (75) feet.
2. Not more than thirty-five (35) percent of the
lot area may be covered by buildings or structures.
3. Minimum frontage for each lot shall be eighty
(80) feet.
SECTION 2: That Chapter 1, Section 5(E), of Ordinance
No. 98 of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, passed and approved on the
28th day of September, 1971, is hereby amended as follows:
E. Area Requirements:
1. The minimum lot area for single-family and
two-family dwellings--six thousand (6,000) square feet; except
corner lots shall contain at least seven thousand (7,000) square
feet.
2. The minimum lot area for each dwelling
'~unit above that required for two-family dwelling Shall be one
ilthousand (1,000) square feet of land area for each additional unit.
3. Not more than thirty-five (35) percent of
the lot area may be covered by buildings, structures, or mobile
homes.
4. Minimum..f~9.q~age for each lot shall be
sixty (60) feet.
SECTION 3: That Chapter 1, Section 7(E) of
Ordinance No. 98 of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, passed and approved
on the 28th day of September, 1971, is hereby amended as follows:
E. Area Requirements:
1. The minimum lot area for single-family and
two-family dwellings--six thousand (6,000) square feet; except
.~corner lots shall contain at least seven thousand (7,000) square
feet.
2. The minimum lot area for each dwelling unit
above that required for two-family dwellings shall be one thousand
five hundred (1,500) square feet of land area for each additional
unit.
3. Not more than forty-five (45) percent of
'the lot area may be covered by buildings or structures.
4. Minimum frontage for each lot shall be
sixty-five (65) feet.
SECTION 4: That Chapter 4, Section 5, of Ordinance
No. 98 of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, passed and approved on the
28th day of September, 1971, is hereby amended insofar as it
pertains to "raising livestock," as follows:
Raising Livestock--See Ordinance NO. 112, relatin~
to livestock.

SECTION 5: That the rule requiring ordinances to be read
,on three separate days is hereby dispensed with, and this ordinance
shall become effective upon its approval and publication as provided
by law.
PASSED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL of the City of Chubbuck,
