f~IUBBUCK, BANNOCK COUNTY, IDAHO, AND RHAFFIRMING IN
ITS EN?I_'~E?Y ORDINANCE ~ 62 OF THE VILLAGE OF CHUBBUCK,
BANNOCK COUNTY, IDAHO.
BE IT OI~L~AINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK, IDAHO:
1. That that certain ordinance ~ 68 being an ordinance
of the Village of Chubbuck, Bannock County, Idaho, passed by
the Board of ?rustees of the Village of Chubbuck and approved
on the 15th day of February, 1966, be and the same is hereby
repea~ed in its entirety.
2. That that certain Ordinance ~ 62 being an ordinance o
the Village of Chubbuck, Bannock County, Idaho, and passed by
the Board of Trustees of the Village of Chubbuck and approved
the tlth day of August, 1964, be and the same is hereby reaf~
firmed in its entirety.
3. That it is hereby declared that an emergency does
exist and tha~is Ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force and effect from its passage, approval and publication
as provided by law.
PASSED BY THE MAYOR AND OOUNCIL of the City of Chubbuck,
Bannock County, Idaho this
21 st day of April, 1971.
