Section 1: That the following funds are hereby designated as the proper
funds into which all revenmes accruing to the City of Chubbuck from all sources
shall be paid dmrlng the fiscal year beginning on the 1st day of January, 1971

Geaeral ~mad Waterworks Fund
General Bend Im~erest Fund Revenue Bond Interest Fund
General Bend Sinking Fu~d Revenue Bond Sinking Fund
Section 2: T~at the following sums of money are hereby appropriated fr~m
the General ~ for the paya_m~t of all general expenses of the City of Chubbuck
durimg aforesaid fiscal year:
Naintenauce of City Streets
Salaries and Wages --
Street Lighting .................
City Fire Department
Ail Other Niscellaneoms & Contingent Purposes

Section 3: That the follo'~Lug sums of money are hereby appropriated from
the Waterworks P~md for the payment of all waterworks expenses of the City of
Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal year:
Operation a~d Nai~tenauce of City Waterworks System
inclmding salaries, wages, repairs, improvements and
for all other Ni~cellameous & Contingent Purposes ...... -$ 93,300.00
Total .$ 93,300.00
Total Of Ail Funds- $211,718.00
Section ~: For the purpose of the payment of the interest accruing and
~myme~t of the' principal falling due on the Waterworks System Revenue Bonds
of 1951, dmri~g the aforesaid fiscal year, there is hereby appropriated out
of the inc~e from the water rentals, the following sums f~r the following
p~ses:
Payment of Interest on said Bonds ......... $ ~00.00
Payment of Principal of said Bonds $ 5,000.00
Paymemt on the Primcipal and Interest of the
Whitaker ~ad E~teasi~u Contract of 1959 $ 255.00
Section 5: For the purpose of meeting all other liabilities of the City
of Chubbuck for the aforesaid fiscal year, all money accruing to the General
Bond Sinking Fu~d, or s~ ~uch thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated
frcm said f~ls to be rased for the following pn~poses:
Pa~nent of Interest on the General Obligation
Waterworks Bands of 1957- ............. $ 337,50
Payment on the principal of the General Obligation
Waterworks Bonds of 1957- ..... $ 2,500.00
Section 5: That all ~rdinances, Resolutions, or parts thereof, in
comflict herewith, are expressly repealed, and this Ordinance shall take
effect and be in f,11 force and effect upon its passage, approval amd publication
as provided by law,
The Couneil of the City of Chubbuck, as provided by law, by one-half (1/2)
plus one (1) of the mmabers of the full Council, dispense with the rule that
said ordinance be fully and distinctly read upon three (3) different days.
