AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, BANNOCK COUNTY, IDAHO APPROPRIATING
A SUM OF MONEY DEEMED NECESSARY AND SUFFICIENT TO DEFRAY ALL EXPENSES AND
LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, FOR TNG INTERIM OF JANUARY 1, 1970 AND
ENDING MARCH 31 , 1970 AND BE KNWN AS AN ' "INTERIM APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, BA14NOCK
COUNTY IDAHO:
Section 1. THAT THE SUM OF $1+7,625.00 is hereby designated as sufficient
funds for the payment of expenses and salaries until the ItANNUAL APPROPRIATION
ORDINANCE" is passed.
Section 2. That all ordinances or resolutions or parts thereof in conflict
here -rith be and the same are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect from and after its
passage, approval and publication, an emergency existing therefor, which
emergency is hereby found and declared to exist.
