AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, BANNOCK COUNT -Y, IDAHO APPROPRIATING
THE SEVERAL SUMS OF M'ONEY D=4ED NECESSARY AND SUFFICIENT TO DEFRAY ALL EXPENSES
AND LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK FOR, THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING ON THE tst
DAY OF JANUARY, 1969, AND ENDING ON THE 31st DAY OF DECEMBER, 1.969 AND DESIGNATI
THE DIFFERENT FUNDS TO 3 ^HICH THE F.EVENUES RECEIVED DURING SAID FISCAL YEAR SHALL
BE CREDITHD AND FROM WHICH EXPENSES SHALL BE DRAWN AND PAID, AND KNOTnIN AS THE
"ANNUAL APPROPRIATION. ORDINANCE OF 1969."
BE IT ORDAINED By the Mayor and Council of the City of Chubbuck, Bannock
County, Idaho:
Section 1: That the following funds are hereby designated as the proper funds
o which all revenues accruing to the City of Chubbuck from all sources shall
paid during the fiscal year beginning on the 1st day of January, 1969 and
ing on the 31st day of December, 1969:
General Fund
Revenue Bond Interest Fund
Revenue Bond Sinking Fund
General Bond Interest Fund
General Bond Sinking Fund
Section 2: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated from the
neral Fund for the payment of all general expenses of the City of Chubbuck
ring aforesaid fiscal year:

Section 3: For the purpose of the payment of the interest accruing and
ayment of the principal falling due on the Waterworks System Revenue Bonds
f 1951, during the aforesaid fiscal year, there is hereby appropriated out
f the income from the water rentals, the following sums for the following
urposes:
or the payment of interest on said Bonds ----------------- - - - - -$ 760,00
or the payment on principal on said Bonds ---------------- - - - - -$ 4,000.00
or the payment on the principal and interest of the
hitaker Road Extension Contract of 1959 ------------------ - - - - -$ 255.00
All revenue accruing from the operation of the Municipal Waterworks System,
excess of the money required for payments on the revenue bonds, shall accrue
the General Fund, and be used for General Purposes as appropriated and set.
in Section 2 of this Ordinance.
Section 4: For the purpose of meeting all other liabilities of the City of
hubbuck for the aforesaid fiscal year, all money accruing to the General Bond
inking Fund, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated from

Section 5: That all Ordinances, Resolutions, or parts thereof, in conflict
erewith, are expressly repealed, and this Ordinance shall be in full force and
ffect from and after its passage, approval, and publication as required by law,
d shall be known as the "Annual Appropriation Bill of 1969.11
