DISTRICT CREATING AND ESTABLISHING FIRE ZONES WITHIN SAID DISTRICT
FOR THE APPLICATION OF THE REGULATIONS INCLUDED WiTHI~ ~HE "UNIFOR2f
BUILDIi%G CODE" PREVIOUSLY ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO. ~ OF THE
VILLAGE OF CHUBBUCK, BA~OCK COUNTY, IDAHO; AND CRE.~-~D ESTAB-
LISHING A i'/~P KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS '!FIRE ZONES OF THE VILLAGE OF
CHUBBUCK,' AND AN ~:i<GENCY.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT ORDAINED BY THE CHAiI~'~AN AND BOARD
OF TRUSTEES OF THE ~VILLAGE OF CHUBBUCK, BANNOCK COUNTY~ IDAHO, 'AS~
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. FIRE DISTRICT, FIRE ZONES~ AND FIRE LIMITS
ESTABLISHED: The entire'' incorporated area of t. he mun~cipalit'~"is
~ared to be and hereby is establishea as a ~ire DiStrict
and said Fire District shall be known and designated as Fire Zones
No. l, No. 2 and No. 3 and each such Fire Zone shall include such
territory or por.t.ions.~-of~-s~aid municipality~ a-s illustrated, outlined ......
and designated on a certain map on file mn the office o£ the Clerk,
being marked and designated as "Fire Zones Of The Village Of
Chubbuck, Bannock County, Idaho,': and said map is hereby adopted as
a fire zone ma'o for the application of the re~u!ations included in
the Uniform Building Code, 1964 Edition, (Long Form) published by
the International Conference of Buildi, ng Officials, 50 South Los...
Rob!es, Pasadena, California 91101, a~opted by Ordinance No. ~$
of the Village of Chubbuck, and such zu~ther ~aendmeflts, modillc~-
tions, annotations, and revisions, of said Uniform Building Code as
the Village may from time to time enact, establish, or adopt.
Section 2 Th; map~mentioned in Section 1 abow
shall be kept and ~ffice ~of the Village Clerk,
the insoection ~ :]~f -~he general public, and that said map
shall not be alt~ d, mutilat4d, defaced, or otherwise
changed except u! authority of ordinance or resolution of the
Board of Trustees of the Village of Chubbuck. That said "Fire Zone
~[ao' shall have endorsed thereon at all time the Ordinance Ntunber,
Resolution Number, and date of enactment of each and every amendment
and alteration thereto.
Section 3. That the Village Clerk of the Village of
Chubbuck, Bannock County, Idaho, shall certify to the adoption of
this Ordinam. ce and cause the same to be properly published.
Section 4. Should any oart or oortion of this said
Ordinance be declared invalid for any reason, such declaration of
invalidation shall have no affect upon the remaining portion and
sections of said Ordinance.
Section 5. This Ordinance ye become effective u~on its
passage and -~ub!ication as ~rovide~i by law, an emergency having
hereby been declared to e~ist.
