It shall be unlawful and a misdemeanor for any ~:~erson to drink, or consume, any beer or intoxicating liquors, as the same are defined in the Idaho Code, upon any public street or thorougJ~fare, or in or upon any parking lot, alley, or othez· public place or public way, or in or upon any private property whatsoever without the express oermission of the ov~ner thereof. 2. It shall be unlawful and a misdemeanor for any person ~ intoxicated, or under the influence of bee~~ to be ~ound drunk, or intoxicating liquor upon any public thoroughfare, public stree~ or in any other public place. 3. An)- person who shall procure beer for any person under the age of twenty (20) years, or any person under the age of twenty shall purchase, attempt to purchase, or otherwise procure or consu~e beer shall be guilty of a misdemeano 4. P~ALTY: %'~hoever violates any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon tion shall be fined not to exceed Three }Itu~dred Dollars (~:'~ ,,o00.00) for any one (t)offense, or imprison not to exceed thirty (30) days, or both such linc and imprisonment.
