AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF CHUBBUCK, BANNOCK COUNTY, IDAHO,
CHANGING THE NAME OF THE 6TREET KNOWN A5 "ATHOLL AVENUE," IN SAID
VILLAGE TO "'CANAL AVENUE; PROVIDING THAT.THE VILLAGE CLERK SHALL,
AFTER: THE PASSAGE OF THIS ORDINANCE, FILE A CERTIFIED COPY THERE-
OF.FOR.RECORD WITH THE COUNTY.RECORDS OF BANNOCK COUNTY, IDAHO,
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES, Oft PANTS THEREOF, IN CONFLICT HEREWITH,
AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHAIRMAN AND THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF CHUBBUCK, BANNOCK COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That the name of that certain street within the
municipal limits of the Village of Chubbuck, as the same was
originally incorporated, known as A tholl Avenue be and hereby is
changed to "'Canal Avenue.?
Section 2. That immediately after the passage, approval, an
publication of this Ordinance the Village Clerk of Chubbuck shall
record with the County Recorder of Bannock County, a certified
copy of this Ordinance.
Section 3. That all Ordinances, or parts thereof, in con-
flict herewith are expressly repealed.
Section 4. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval, and publication as
required by law, an emergency existing therefor.
