ORDINANCE 769
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, BANNOCK COUNTY, IDAHO
APPROPRIATING THE SEVERAL SUMS OF MONEY DEEMED NECESSARY AND
SUFFICIENT TO DEFRAY ALL EXPENSES AND LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING ON THE 1ST. DAY OF OCTOBER,
2017, AND ENDING ON THE 30TH. DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 2018, AND DESIGNATING
THE DIFFERENT FUNDS TO WHICH SHALL BE DRAWN AND PAID, AND KNOWN AS
THE "ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE OF FISCAL YEAR 2018" PURSUANT TO
THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 50-1003, IDAHO CODE, PROVIDING FOR THIS
ORDINANCE TO TAKE EFFECT AFTER ITS PASSAGE, APPROVAL AND PUBLICATION
ACCORDING TO LAW.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CHUBBUCK, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF IDAHO AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That the following funds are designated as the proper funds into which
all revenues accruing to the City of Chubbuck from all sources shall be paid during the
fiscal year beginning on the 1st. day of October, 2017, and ending on the 30th day of
September, 2018.
The General Fund, Highway, Streets and Roads Fund, Water, Wastewater, and
Sanitation, Chubbuck Development Authority, and Special Revenue Funds.
Section 2: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated from the
General Fund and the Highway Streets and Roads Fund for the payment of all Fund
Expenses of the City of Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal year:
General Fund
$8,204,731.00
Section 3: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated from Water,
Wastewater, and Sanitation Funds for the payment of all Water, Wastewater and Sanitation
expenses of the City of Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal year:

Water $2,423,821.00
Wastewater $2,532,863.00
Sanitation $1,814,635.00
WATER, WASTEWATER & SANITATION $6,771,319.00
Section 4: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated from the
Chubbuck Development Authority Fund of the City of Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal
year:
Chubbuck Development Authority $2,250,000.00
Section 5: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated from the
Special Revenue Funds of the City of Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal year:
Special Revenue Funds $146,900.00
Section 6: That all ordinances, resolutions, or parts thereof, in conflict herewith are
expressly repealed: That the rule requiring ordinances to be read on three separate days
is hereby dispensed with, and this ordinance shall become effective upon its approval and
publication as provided by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL of the City of
Chubbuck, Idaho, this 16th day of August, 2017.
