BE IT ORDAINED By the Chairman, and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Chubbuck, Bannock County, Idaho:
SECTION 1. That the following funds are hereby designated as the proper
funds into which all revenues accruing to the Village of Chubbuck, Idaho 1I
from all sources shall be paid during the Fiscal Year beginning May 1, 19573,
and ending April 30, 1958=
GER&RAL FUND (Including Fire Department and Street Lighting)
BOND I ;TER&ST FUND
BUND SIMING FUND
SECTION 2. THAT TIC F-'OLLUN'ING Sums of money are hereby appropriated froze
the GEivERAL FUND for the payment of all general expenses of the Village of
Chubbuck during the aforesaid fiscal year.
For Salaries and wages; supplies and equipment; capital outlays; power;
lights,'and cozmaunications; all fuel including oils and greases; publications
and legal expenses; contigant and other expenses for all of the various
departments of the village, . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 4139697.00

SECTION 4, FUR THE PURPOSE of operation and maintenance of the
pacer dorks System including Salries, power, improvements, repairs and other

with this Ordinance are hereby expressly repealed and the Ordinance shall be
in full force and effect after its passage, approval, and publication as re-
quired by law.
