ORDINANCE NO. 16 <br />AN ORDINANCE MAKING IT UNLAWFUL FOR ANY PERSON UNDER THE AGE OF TWENTY -ONE (21) <br />YEARS TO MISREPRESENT HIS AGE TO ANY LICENSED DEALER OR BARTENDER, EITHER ORALLY <br />OR BY DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE, FOR THE PURPOSE OF PURCHASING OR OBTAINING ALCOHOLIC <br />LIQUOR OR BEER; PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVID- <br />ING AN EMERGENCY CLAUSE; AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES ORPARTS OF ORDINANCES IN <br />CONFLICT HEREWITH. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF CHUBBUCK, BANNOCK COUNTY, <br />IDAHO: <br />SECTION 1, It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of twenty -one <br />(21) years to misrepresent his age to any licensed dealer or bartender within the <br />Village of Chubbuck, either orally or by documentary evidence, for the purpose of <br />purchasing or otherwise obtaining from the licensee holding either a Beer or Liquor <br />License from the Village, alcoholic liquors or beer. <br />SECTION 2, That it is hereby made a misdemeanor for any person to violate the <br />provisions of this Ordinance, and upon conviction thereof, such person shall be <br />fined not to exceed $100.00,,,and upon failure to pay the fine, shall be committed <br />to the custody of the Village Marshal¢to be confined in the County Jail, at the <br />rate of $1,50 per day until such fine is paid. <br />SECTION 3. That an emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this Ordinance <br />shall be in full force and effect upon its passage, approval and publication, accord- <br />ing to law. <br />SECTION 4.
