AN ORDINANCE CREATING AN ELECTION WARD IN
THE VILLAGE OF CHUBBUCK_, BANNOCK COUNTY,
IDAHO, FOR THE PURPOSE OF HOLDING ELECTIONS
FOR OFFICIALS AND ALL SPECIAL VILLAGE ELEC-
TIONS IN THE VILLAGE OF CHUBBUCK, BANNOCK
COUNTY, IDAHO, AND DEFINING THE BOUNDARIES
OF SAID WARD .VVITHIN! THE VIaAGE' OF CHUBBUCK,
BANNOCK COUNTY,` IDAHO,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF CHUBBUCK,
BANNOCK COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1: For the purpose of the election of village officials and
all special elections-there is hereby created an election ward in the Vil-
lage of Chubbuck, Bannock County, Idaho.
Section 2: That said election ward here created shall comprise the
following described property:
Commencing at the S4 corner of section 3, T -6 -S, R -34 -E, B.M.,
thence S- 89033' -E, along south line of said section 3, 1357.0
feet to the intersection with the E 1/16 line, thence S- 0009t_
E along E 1/16 line of section 10, 25.00 feet to the intersec-
tion with the south right -of -way of'Chubbuck Road, the point of
beginning, thence continuing S- 00091 -E along said E 1/16 line,
1985.3 feet, thence N-890211-W, 1372.9 feet to the intersection
with'the west right -of -way of the Yellowstone Highway, thence 58q'23
S -0005 t -14 along said right -of -way 661.0 feet to the intersection . ,

This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its passage and due publication.
